Redeveloping mature and marginal assets works best when technical execution and long-term value are aligned. HanOxynoil works with operators, asset owners, and strategic partners through partnership structures designed so that field performance and commercial outcome move together.

Partnership structures may include PSC participation, farm-in and farm-out models, joint ventures, technical partnerships, and performance-linked operating arrangements. The right structure depends on the asset, the operator, and the stage of development, and is something we work through together rather than apply as a template.

We do not claim signed partnerships, operated acreage, or government relationships. These are the models we work within, discussed case by case, with the intent of combining field development, production enhancement, flow assurance, and digital operating intelligence under arrangements that reward measurable improvement from reservoir to sales point.
