Flow Assurance & Injection

Solving flow-assurance constraints and applying OXYNOil injection systems to keep production moving, with continuity held from reservoir through to the sales point.

Keep the barrel moving, end to end.

Production is only as good as the path it can travel. Flow-assurance constraints, from deposition and pressure to fluid behaviour, can quietly cap an asset's output long before the reservoir does. HanOxynoil treats flow assurance as continuity engineering: keeping fluids moving reliably from the reservoir, through wells and surface facilities, to the sales point.

OXYNOil injection systems are part of how we maintain that continuity, applied where injection supports stable, sustained production. We size and apply them to the conditions of the field rather than as a fixed product, and we keep the whole flow path in view so that solving one constraint does not create another downstream.

Because flow assurance touches every stage, it is delivered alongside development planning, production enhancement, and operating intelligence, so continuity is designed in rather than patched on.

What it includes

Continuity from reservoir to sales point.

Flow-assurance problem solving

Diagnosing and addressing constraints that limit flow across wells, facilities, and transport.

OXYNOil injection systems

Applying injection systems to support stable, sustained production, sized to the conditions of the field.

Reservoir-to-sales-point continuity

Managing the full flow path so performance is held end to end, not handed between scopes.

Integration with operations

Keeping flow-assurance decisions connected to development, production, and operating intelligence.

How we approach it

Continuity by design.

We keep the whole flow path in view, so each intervention is judged by its effect on the entire route a barrel travels, not on one isolated stage.
